By accessing or using the services provided by Umar Flows, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Umar Flows provides marketing automation, sales funnel design, and AI-driven business solutions. The specific scope of work for any project will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information and materials required for us to perform our services. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including A2P 10DLC compliance requirements.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, all original designs, workflows, and code created by Umar Flows remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client.

5. Limitation of Liability

Umar Flows shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue or data.
